Rory McIlroy started the day five shots back but needed just eight holes to catch overnight leader Patrick Reed at 9 under par.
McIlroy made birdies at Nos. 3, 4 and 6 to move just two behind. He then played this pitch shot at the par-5 eighth to hole out for eagle and tie for the Saturday lead at the Masters.
