AUGUSTA, Ga. – Weather should be ideal for three of the four days of the Masters, according to a forecast released by the tournament on Wednesday.

Saturday’s third round, however, does not look so good.

The low temperature is expected to be in the 40s on Thursday, Friday and Sunday.

For the first round Thursday, the high will be 69 degrees and winds will be between 5-10 mph. The winds will be the same on Friday but the high will jump to 78 degrees.

There is a 70 percent chance of afternoon showers with isolated thunderstorms on Saturday. The low is forecast to be 58 with a high of 7, but winds will be between 15-20 mph with gusts expected up to 35 mph.

Sunday’s final round will be much like the first two rounds with a high of 67 degrees. Winds will be between 10-15 mph.
