The post-Masters media frenzy is over, but the green jacket tour has only just begun for Patrick Reed.

After winning his first major by a shot over Rickie Fowler Sunday, Reed was whisked north to New York City where he made the rounds of various talk shows as well as a detour to the Empire State Building. Reed finally got back home to Houston on Wednesday, when he decided to wear the most famous trophy in golf through the Chick-Fil-A drive-thru window while picking a quick bite with wife Justine:

Look who we had the pleasure of serving today at our Sawdust Road Chick-fil-A Drive Thru!! Welcome home to the 2018 Masters Winner- Patrick Reed with his beautiful wife!

The scene was reminiscent to one that played out in 2010, when Phil Mickelson wore his green jacket through the drive-thru at a Krispy Kreme in Augusta just hours after winning the tournament for the third time.

According to club customs, only the current Masters champion is allowed to take his green jacket off property. Reed will have it in his possession for the next year before returning it to Augusta National in April, where it will have a long-term home in the champions’ locker room.
