Big hitters relish a chance to take on Augusta National. The PGA Tour’s leader in driving distance gets his first chance next week.

Tony Finau, who averages over 322 yards a pop, is making his Masters Tournament debut. In this Golf Channel podcast, Finau talks to writer Will Gray to discuss how he’s preparing for his first official rounds at Augusta National. He also discusses Masters advice he’s received from veterans and what it’s like seeing a course for the first time, even though you know it so well from television.

Finau won in Puerto Rico in 2016, but because it was an opposite-field event he was not invited to the Masters. He earned his trip this year by making last year’s Tour Championship and he’s currently ninth on the FedExCup points list, with a pair of runner-up finishes in 11 starts.
