There is seemingly no limit on the number of prop bets available for Super Bowl LII, and as in years past a few of them will be tied to results on the golf course.
Plenty of viewers will tune in to watch the New England Patriots take on the Philadelphia Eagles Sunday in Minnesota, but before that the European Tour will conclude their tournament in Malaysia and Hideki Matsuyama will look for three wins in a row at the Waste Management Phoenix Open.
The Westgate Las Vegas Superbook has created dozens of cross-sport proposition bets. Here’s a look at the various golf-related props available for those looking to make an extra buck while watching the action:
Maybank Championship prop
*Rob Gronkowski receiving yards (-2.5) vs. Henrik Stenson fourth-round score
Waste Management Phoenix Open props
*Zach Ertz receptions (-0.5) vs. Jordan Spieth final-round birdies
*Justin Thomas final-round birdies (-0.5) vs. total combined field goals made by both teams
*Hideki Matsuyama final-round fairways hit (-1.5) vs. Stephen Gostkowski total points scored
*Nelson Agholor receptions (-0.5) vs. Phil Mickelson final-round bogeys or worse
*Jon Rahm final-round score (-26.5) vs. yardage of longest touchdown scored by either team
*Total yardage of all touchdowns scored (-10.5) vs. Rickie Fowler final-round score
*Since all of the props are tied to final-round performance, a missed cut or withdrawal during the final round will result in bets being cancelled and refunded.
*The props also will not include any potential performance in a playoff, which may be an important condition considering the tournament in Phoenix has gone to a four-hole playoff each of the last two years.
