NORTON, Mass. – Within 65 seconds on Saturday at TPC Boston, the crowds were treated to not one but two holes-in-one.
The first came at the eighth hole when Grayson Murray holed out his 6-iron tee shot from 196 yards, and within moments Lucas Glover followed with his own ace at No. 16 with an 8-iron from 177 yards.
For Murray it was his eighth hole in one, and his fourth in competition, a total that includes his final-round ace earlier this year at the Travelers Championship.

“I won a car last year [with an ace on the Web.com Tour]. I took the cash instead of the car, but this year I haven’t won anything yet, so I’m a little bummed about that,” laughed Murray, who shot his second-consecutive 68 to move into the hunt at the Dell Technologies Championship.
Glover has had five holes in one in competition, including one at 2006 at the Tournament of Champions in Maui, when he also won a car.
“Hit the big hook up off the hill, rolled back in [at Kapalua]. That one was garbage. This one was legit,” joked Glover, who finished with a 69.
There have been three holes-in-one this week at TPC Boston. Kevin Tway, who was paired with Murray for Rounds 1 and 2, aced the 11th hole on Day 1.
